All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 7~15 days for making 3~6 business days for shipping.
Custom Size & Color
It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.
How to submit custom size & color?
If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact our live chat to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.

Return & Exchange
wholesaleweddingdresses wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by wholesaleweddingdresses within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless wholesaleweddingdresses is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

- 2.Please remember that wear your Wedding Underwear and your Wedding Shoes.
- 3.Inches and Centimetersare both available for size, and please tell us if
you use inches or centimeters.
- 4.We suggest you measure yourself by a Professional Tailor.
- 5.It is very normal to have 3CM measurement error between the sizes you
give and the sizes you will receive on your dress. This kind of error can not
be accepted for any returns and exchanges.
